In college, I majored in electrical engineering, but I didn't think it was the most suitable for me. Therefore, when applying for jobs, I tended to choose the administrative direction. Fortunately, what I wanted came true. It's just that everything has to be learned from scratch. However, since I was mentally prepared from the very beginning, there won't be a gap between my expectations and reality. I have a clear understanding in my heart that during the transition from school to society, I might feel rather lonely. I am also prepared to accept and digest this sense of loneliness that I must endure. There will be numerous opportunities in my work that promote my growth. I must seize these opportunities to match my vision with my abilities. Only by constantly striving forward like Forrest Gump can I encounter the strong who are running and have the chance to become a strong person. Reality is not as extreme as I imagined. My colleagues have been taking good care of me since my first day here. All the preconceptions I made in my heart have been shattered. I am also convinced that I will improve more of the abilities I need here than I had imagined.

The daily work routine is the same, but strangely, it doesn't seem dull at all. Every day, one can gain some learning skills or methods to improve work efficiency from it to a greater or lesser extent. Just as Yohji Yamamoto said, "Just be yourself. You are good, and then start imitating the things you love, to imitate, to imitate, to copy, to plagiarize. And eventually, you will find yourself." I also agree that all learning starts with imitation. Right now, we don't need to rush to show off our uniqueness. We should admit our mediocrity and inaction. Once we have a position and capital, we can be ourselves, and others will be willing to recognize that this is you, just you. Sprouting growth seems to be brought by time, yet it also seems to be a choice made by oneself. The road finally took on the colors of the scenery, quietly hanging the moon over this slightly tired journey.

In the dim morning light, we were running and inspecting in the rising sun.

For the sake of project quality, progress and safety, no matter what the situation is, the people of Jiangnan will rush to the front line of the construction site without hesitation and strictly control the quality of every construction process. Stay at your post and carefully inspect every potential safety hazard in construction.

In the summer when overtime work has become the norm and the high temperature persists, colleagues from time to time show symptoms of heatstroke, but this cannot dampen the fighting spirit of the people in Jiangnan. The director works with the front-line supervisors on duty until late at night every day, and the director's representative goes to conduct concealed acceptance inspections late at night every day. To ensure the project is completed on schedule, all the people of Jiangnan have been conscientious in their duties, undaunted by difficulties and hardships. Even if we have become "Han people" due to the heat and "black charcoal" from the sun, we still have to fight against the high temperature to the end, because we share a common dream - to strive for the Jiangnan dream!

Time flies. In the blink of an eye, it has been nearly two years since I joined the company. I have felt a lot and gained a lot. In the summer of 2017, I stepped from the lush campus into the real society. From a fresh graduate who has just arrived at the project site and is unfamiliar and inexperienced, having to strive to remember those unfamiliar faces and names, to being able to skillfully complete daily inspections and independently handle some problems. All of this is inseparable from the meticulous care of all the seniors in the project department. Whether in work or life, they always help me avoid detours at the most critical moments and impart the most valuable experience to me.

Joining Jiangnan Company is a great development opportunity for me and also a good chance to exercise and improve my abilities in all aspects. As a young supervisor, I am passionate about my job, possess a good work style and a spirit of hard work, have a rigorous work attitude, enjoy delving into the causes and solutions of problems that occur in engineering supervision, and am enthusiastic about accumulating solutions to engineering problems. In future work, I will conscientiously fulfill my job responsibilities and strictly carry out supervision work in accordance with national standards and based on design drawings. In the course of work, I constantly reflect on my own shortcomings, strengthen the study of supervision business, continuously improve my own quality, strive to do a good job in supervision, enhance the study of management theoretical knowledge, handle practical problems flexibly and flexibly, complete all the tasks assigned by the leaders carefully, and strive to raise my professional technical level to a new stage, truly becoming a qualified supervisor.

Looking back on the journey since I started working at this moment, it has been full of ups and downs but incredibly fulfilling. There have been efforts and contributions, as well as mistakes and reflections. I think what should be more important is growth.

As my work progressed, I began to pay attention to the accumulation and sedimentation of professional knowledge, realized the necessity of regularly recording and summarizing work, and tried to explore new methods to improve work efficiency. I also increasingly found the importance of team communication and cooperation in work.

If you look through your "growth history" after starting work, you will find that from the moment you step out of the campus and into society, you are no longer a campus student, but a "new student" in the workplace. With the changes in the industry's development, we have also learned to pick up a pen and doodle on our blank work journey, to start recording our work growth stroke by stroke, and then to endow it with a colorful touch. We are all striving to move forward.

Here, opportunities for growth are never lacking. The future is still long. We should seize the current opportunities and settle down to gain experience. If we rise to the challenge, there will surely be a day when we forge ahead through the waves.
